Nestled in the trees beside a quiet lake, Carson-Pegasus Campground provides unparalleled relaxation and recreation amid the splendor of northern Alberta’s boreal forest. Reel in a trout from the province’s only lakeside sea-wall, paddle the serene waters of McLeod Lake, explore a range of hiking and biking trails, or spend a beach day frolicking in crystal clear water. A short drive north of Whitecourt in Carson-Pegasus Provincial Park, this campground offers two playgrounds and a variety of sites suited to RVs and tents.
